In our PSSRD, we constructed an interactive plotting function in the chart interface, and users can easily view the detailed information of SSRs. All SSR information, including sequences, primers, and annotations, can be downloaded from our database. Moreover, we developed Web SSR Finder and Batch SSR Finder tools, which can be easily used for identifying SSRs. Our database was developed using PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and MySQL, which are freely available at http://www.pssrd.info/.

We developed the Coriander Genomics Database (CGDB, http://cgdb.bio2db.com) to collect, store, and integrate the genomic, transcriptomic, metabolic, functional annotation, and repeat sequence data of coriander and carrot to serve as a central online platform for Apiaceae and other related plants.

Celery (Apium graveolens L. 2n = 2x = 22), a member of the Apiaceae family, is among the most important and globally grown vegetables. Here, we constructed a celery genome database (http://celerydb.bio2db.com)

Ethiopian mustard (Brassica carinata) in the Brassicaceae family possesses many excellent agronomic traits. the assembled B. carinata genome and annotated datasets can be down- loaded from our Brassica genomics database (http://brassicadb.bio2db.com).

Heat shock transcription factor (Hsf) plays a critical role in regulating heat resistance. we constructed a Hsf database (http://hsfdb.bio2db.com) for researchers to retrieve Hsf gene family information. Therefore, our study will provide rich resources for the evolution and functional study of Hsf genes.

The Brassicaceae Genome Resource (TBGR) database (http://www.tbgr.org.cn) provided services for 82 genomes from 27 species. It offering the service of searching for syntenic genes, CRISPR guide sequences, m6A genes, orthologous and paralogous genes, transcription factors, and important functional genes. The Blast, JBrowse, Synteny, and Primer Design tools were developed for users.

The vegetable information resource (TVIR)(http://tvir.bio2db.com) is a major vegetable crops database. It contains 110 vegetables, among which, the genomes have been sequenced in 65 species. The database can be used toThe vegetable information resource (TVIR)(http://tvir.bio2db.com) is a major vegetable crops database. It contains 110 vegetables, among which, the genomes have been sequenced in 65 species. The database can be used to browse and download the information data of these species, and also can be used for comparative genomic analysis.

The PFGD included 12 modules: aging, autonomous, circadian clock, hormone, ABCDE model, photoperiod, sugar, temperature, vernalization pathway, miRNA target genes, gene repeated types, and the expression pattern in representative species.Which are freely available at http://phgd.bio2db.com.

The PHGD contains 11 phytohormones in 469 species. The database includes biosynthesis, metabolism, perception, signal transduction and transport pathways of these phytohormones.Which are freely available at http://pfgd.bio2db.com.
